I work as a delivery driver, so I need a good and reliable connection. But is every time going down, I had changed my Smartphone and didnt solve my problem.

Maybe your employer can provide a UK Roaming Sim, which provides coverage across multiple networks. 

 

The only other option is to download the o2 my network app, and report when you have a problem, as no network guarantees coverage and data speeds will fluctuate. 

It may also be worthwhile requesting a replacement sim card from o2, either call 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone or just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
