I am told whilst abroad in the caribbean i will be charged if i don't which off my voicemail. Do I have to call O2 to switch this off or can i do it myself? Also am i charged if i receive a text message?

Resolved! Texts arriving late

My security code texts arrive late (unless they are from O2). Codes for NHS / Covid need to be put in within 5 minutes. These texts take 6 or more hours but O2s come within 30 seconds; how do I get these texts in time????
