Hi, I recently contacted O2 to activate Wi-fi calling but it’s now my stopped working. Wi-fi for data is fine. Wi-fi calling is still switched on in settings and I’ve tried restarting my phone. Can you please see if it’s been turned off in account settings or advise how I can get it to work again. Thanks.

It could be the O2 server connection for wifi calling.
It does have intermittent connection issues.
You can try putting phone in airplane mode and turning just wifi on to see if it helps.
However, we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
