My roaming will not work, I’ve been with O2 for nearly 30 years and never been treated so badly. I’ve tried calling for support several times , and basically I’m just given the run around and then get cut off.
I’ve done all of the Google suggestions and still no success
Some things to try:
Manually search for a different network.
Reboot phone a few times.
Call O2 to check for roaming bars.
If using an iPhone change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If you have an iPhone then change your data APN to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
If not you need to contact O2 to check if you have a roaming bar on your account.
