Contacting o2 customer support

Tried to call o2 customer service number and i'm keep getting info that they are closed today.... despite that the posts are saying they are open from 09:00. I'm abroad and can't use my phone - been trying to resolve this since 20/12/2021 !!!!!!! o2 ...

Resolved! 5g Sim Card

Why can't I get a 5G sim card for my s21 ultra? Been into shop who told me to go online and then called abs awoke to someone who says "they can't give out 5g sim cards unless you are buying a phone or on a sim only payment".... I am happy with my PAY...

Resolved! New phone can’t change to old number

I have new phone - all transferred - closed old phone. Kept old number 02 bil shows old no. The new phone won’t display my old number - I’ve tried changing this on settings but it won’t save it.
