Why has my 4G been turned off? I can’t call anyone and no one can call
me!!! I’ve turned my phone off and on and still not working. please put
it back on
Hiya,I've changed to a new tariff and a new sim was sent to me.I did
'swap my sim' online but i still don't have access to the network. This
was around 2pm yesterday so well over 24 hours.Any ideas?

I have just swapped over from BT. When ordering my new sim i gave my PAC
code etc from BT but i am getting the new number from the new sim. How
do i sort this asap!!Thanks
some one has stolen my number 4 time i got it back today then tonight i
have received 2 text messages from lycamobile saying your pac code has
been acceptedi have not requested this transfer how do i stop my number

I recently received an iPhone X from O2 with a new sim, the sim has been
active for over 24hrs but I cannot make calls, it just cancels the

Who can explain me that O2 which is 99% Uk network cover have trouble
with Internet speed. Normally i know that O2 is block my mac address to
save their energy. That is impossible i have 2 sim cards from o2, and
