Unable to port over to my new O2 PAYG SIM

Hi there,I have a PAC code and my old contract's number at Three ready to port over to new O2 SIM, but all the guides mention options to enter this on the web and app, but I don't see any of those options.Thanks.

Resolved! Getting spammed by O2 and calling 2220 to opt out is not working

I am constantly get spam text messages from O2 which I never asked for! And it's impossible to stop. The message says "To stop texts, call 2220" but when I call that number I just get "generic error, cannot verify your number now". HELP!

Cannot download bill history

I keep getting error messages when trying to download my billing history. I have called O2 twice spending an hour on the phone with them. They promised to send the bills by email. It's now a week later!
