Resolved! Sim swap not happening

I have upgraded to an IPhone 12, and followed the sim swap as per the website. It is now more than 24 hours, and although the old phone has been deactivated, the new phone is still not connected.

Phone not updating to new number

I ordered a new sim and gave my PAC code when ordering to keep the same number.My o2 account is saying the correct number but my iPhone is showing the wrong number - what can I do?
