Hello,
So I have no idea who to contact so I thought id reach out on here. Currently with BT and I've transferred my number across to O2. The transfer should have completed by now but for some bizarre reason it's saying that my number is already associated with something else when trying to use MyO2. I can't use the chat function to get help as I can't sign into that account (weird I know).
If anyone could give me any insight as to a number I can contact or an email, anything really will be helpful.
