Resolved! Upgrading phone but I can't receive the verification due to my previous phone being broke

I'm upgrading phone but I can't receive the verification text due to my previous phone being broke and so can't receive any of the sent texts. Is there another way to verify my identification so I can pay off my current device plan and upgrade?
