Resolved! My O2 app

I am trying to log into the app for the first time and it won’t allow me. It’s been over 48 hours since my account with O2 had been open and I’m still unable to access the app. Will I be able to get some assistance with this please? Thank you.

Cannot use mobile data

My account says I have not used any mobile data. I cannot connect to mobile data when I am out even though it is turned on. O2 status says there is an issue in my area SO505RY but it said that last week too.What can I do or what can you check please?
