Resolved! Signal in Lichfield is just appalling!

Why is the O2 signal in Lichfield so appalling! I barely get 4G anywhere in the city, and in Darwin Park I cant even get phone signal. What a complete waste of money! Surely someone must be aware of this and working on it. Please advise.
