Hello i just purchased a new iphone 14 pro from O2 on contract , i previously had an esim from O2 on my 11 pro
so when i purchased my new phone i also took an esim card for the same number from the O2 store as i had lost the previous one
now i have added that number in my new phone and it’s showing network bar but I can’t call anyone or use my mobile phone data and also no one can call me
please help🙏

They should be able to help with that.
