I am currently outside the UK in Europe but when trying to dial the UK using the 44 prefix I can get no service which would suggest that I am being blocked making calls outside the UK. I’m on a standard airtime and data tariff and well within my allowance so don’t understand why calls to the UK are not going through, can you help

I would try changing the network you are connected to and then try again.. If you are then still not able to make calls then you will need to contact Customer Services to check for any bars
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
