Resolved! Wi-Fi calling

I am desperate, we have NO O2 network and my WiFi calling is not working. It states I have to call O2 to activate it, while it shows in my O2 that it is activated. O2 shop has provided me with a new sims, I have reset the network, switched of my data...

Resolved! Bar lifting and Sim activation failure

Requested phone Bar over safety concern (turned out was just a failed SIM). New Sim sent by 02. once inserted to phone I requested, by a phone call to 02, (more than once now) activation of blank Sim with original number and for the Bar to be lifted....
