Calls to Canada

My calls from the UK to Ontario, Canada (in the 416 area code) work fine. My calls from the UK to British Columbia, Canada (in the 250 area code) do not work. I have several friends in the 250 area code in Canada and cannot reach them.

Resolved! Getting old number moved over

I am new to O2 and was expecting my old number to be moved over from Sky to O2 but this is not happening and cannot get any help on line. Anyone know what I should do ? ?

Service not working Portugal.

I am not sure why, but my service stopped working in Portugal (after working foe a few days). I have data and minutes left, and my husband's phone with identical paygo plan is working well. Can anyone help?

Resolved! Samsung A52 5G

5G wont activate on my phone, I have changed APN, nothing, according to O2 coverage I am sat under a 5G mast, I requestred a 5G ready sim, and still nothing... what needs to be done to activate 5G

Resolved! Poor data connection when out and about

Hello I have unlimited data but when away from my house or Wi-Fi I am unable to use GPS consistently or download picture/songs etc.any ideas on how to improve this please?

Number not ported after 15 days

I’ve been waiting 15 days for my Virgin number to port to O2 and have spoken or chatted to O2 support almost every day. Still no solution in sight. Anyone else having this problem and can anyone offer a solution?
