I paid an overdue bill on Friday 05 May 2023 morning at 8.15am. The message said that the phone would be re-connected to the network in within 72 hours. 72 hours later the phone is still not reconnected. When I ring O2 Customer Service advertised here s being open at 9am on Bank Holidays (https://www.o2.co.uk/business/contact-us?cm_mmc=Search-_-Brand-_-Pure-_-SA360-_-BRD-_-6602-_-8229&gc...) the automated voice says customer service is not open. How can I get the phone reconnected today?

It will be delayed due to the bank holiday.
You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
