How do I speak to someone to get a new sim, my old Netgear SIM is too old to fit into my new TCL Linkzone

Two options Contact O2 by one of the methods in the help file or call into an O2 shop with photo ID

If you phone O2 then original SIM will be disconnected and you will have to wait for the replacement

Thank you, I’ve now also been advised by O2 to go into my local shop, so will do that!

Thank you! Given I’ve got arthritic thumbs and o2 have advised me to go to my local shop anyway, will ask them to do that for me, I’m liable to mess it up if I do it myself. But yes, looking at the SIM it looks like it should work. Thank you.
