You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If it was due to non payment, 

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.

@Chris93 If you only just paid what you owed bear in mind that it can take up to 48 hours to clear O2's account, and obviously longer as nothing happens on the weekend. It's for certain that nothing will happen at this time on a Sunday night.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
