Resolved! WONT LET ME LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

It won’t let me log onto my account… it keeps saying “Something Went Wrong” I also want to lower our bill, I would like to change from 100GB to 20GB and also cancel the International roaming as I don’t need it this year!Thank you

Resolved! Sim swap exceeded 24hrs

I started a sim swap Friday evening (31st March), my old sim is still active and new sim inactive as of now (2nd April). Anyone have any ideas why it’s not worked?
