Been trying to order a monthly pay phone form the o2 website however
when checking out I’m unable to find my address? Yet it still show up on
all the other websites I have ordered from.
My old sim has been deactivated following the swap, but my new SIM,
despite being recognised as an O2 SIM by the phone, has not been
