Error 500 keeps showing, whether I'm using phone, tablet or PC.

It looks like something has gone wrong, we're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon.

Been like this for 2 weeks.

Why can't you fix it in that time???

It's down for everyone today so we can only assume they are making some changes to fix previous issues.
