Can't see my bill

I can log on to MyO2 but although my name and email address are there there is no means of accessing my bill

I have a new O2 connection (Pay M) and I am going to port in my existing number. I wanted to know once I port-in O2 supports e-sim for my account straight away or do I need to pay any extra to avail this facility?
