Hi I'm contacting you as my signal is not working since yesterday....it only works when connected to WiFi I had this problem with use a couple months ago and it took ages to resolve I want this fixing ASAP as I need my phone for work

Mobile data issues

I can't get mobile data at all - This has been an issue ever since my plan moved from virgin mobile to O2. I have tried my SIM in the other slot and reset my phone multiple times. What could be the issue?

Unlatch code

I phoned on 1 September and was promised an unlatch code would be sent to me between 72 hours and 7 days. It hasn’t arrived. My contract with O2 has now ended please send me the code so that I can use my new Virgin SIM
