Resolved! Upgrade/Refund

HiIf you pay off the outstanding amount on your device plan in order to be able to get an early upgrade but then decide to cancel the upgrade do you get a refund?

Disabling WiFI & 4G Calling

Resolved! Scam call?

Just had a call on my mobile, they said they were from O2. Said that in my area (south London) they are shutting down 4G from 5pm from this Thursday, and that they need to send a new SIM for 5G. Has anyone heard about this?
