Caller id and spam protection

HiJust bought a Samsung S21. Trouble is, I cannot activate the caller ID and spam protection feature - as I could on my old S8. Very useful feature. Have been I touch with Samsung who thought it is an O2 issue. Please can somebody advise?Thanks, Emma

Legacy to 360 transfer taken 18 months! Help!
