Legacy to 360 transfer taken 18 months! Help!

I'm trying to get my legacy number transfered over to a 360 account so i can do a switch up. It's been 48 hours since the most recent attempt by them and still no joy! This has now been going on since end of 2022! Any advice please?!?!

Resolved! Adult Content Bar preventing my access to a lot of websites

Please can you advise how to remove my adult content restrictions there are a number of sites I can not access including chat facilities I need for my job. I would prefer to talk to somone directly but I keep getting redirected to this page !
