Replaced stolen phone but sim still barred

Hi, so my phone was stolen and everything blocked. Picked up new phone instore today with new sim but it's still barred and they couldn't help. Tried adding new sim details via the app but can't get it to work. I don't have a phone to contact customer services and I'm getting desperate.
