E-sim issue

I have recently changed my phone but during the transfer I lost the e-sim. Now I do not have a phone number and cannot log-in into the o2 app because it keeps asking to send text message to the number I do not have access to. I am not currently in the U.K. so it is hard for me to go in-store and get this fixed. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue. I need to get an e-sim set-up for my new phone.

Use the social media team. Links in the help file.

As you are abroad you will need to set up with them a way to get into My O2 first as that is where the new SIM will be delivered

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi Enlli,

Thanks for your reply. I still have the myo2 app on my old phone. Can I somehow use that to get an e-sim?

Esims can only be got via Customer Service or an O2 store. Methods of delivery are via MyO2 which has to be on the new phone for it to install, or via an eSIM Pack from the store or by mail

It's a pain.
