New billing and airtime rewards

Hi all, since the new billing system my airtime rewards that i have redeemed are not showing on my o2 account page- it always showed as a minus against my next bill but still shows as 0.00. Any ideas?

How do I activate the SIM card pleasei I had a upgrade a few months ago and only just got round to setting the phone up.
