Call that I have no knowledge of Making

I have received my latest bill and have a charge indicating that it has come from Bosnia & Herzegovina. I have not made this call and don't even have the number in any way on my phone. How can this happen??

I can’t log in to the my o2 app… I’ve tried resetting my password, but it keeps saying I can’t do it yet. Says if I’m new can take up to 48 hours, but I’ve had my contract for ages

New billing and airtime rewards

Hi all, since the new billing system my airtime rewards that i have redeemed are not showing on my o2 account page- it always showed as a minus against my next bill but still shows as 0.00. Any ideas?
