This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

We can't fix it for you, only advise you.

Check guide Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? 

If you need a new sim, go in store with photo ID.

Thank you, but I don’t know if the issue is the e-sim or the service itself. I tried all the options on the guides and also the options I received by the support chat, but nothing is working.
