Do o2 still do doorstep exchange for faulty devices and what is the process/ time taken? thank you

No signal for over 24 hours

Unable to call Republic of Ireland from UK

Hi,I have 2 phones with O2, but only one allows calls to Ireland. There is no spend cap on either phone.Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? Thank you.
