I have a problem with my bill it saying that my bill is addressed to my mobile number but then further down the page it quotes an entirely different mobile number. What’s happened here?

I cant turn off my safesearch, have you locked it. Also my browsing has all changed I cant access sites poroperly such as argos and amazon

eSIM installation problem

Hi, I upgrade my contact yesterday to a sim only ESIM - I went through the prompts to activate it on my phone. However I don’t think it has worked properly. I can’t access network or internet outside of WiFi now. Please can you assist urgently?

I'm looking to buy an Apple watch Series 9 through O2, however I'm currently with Tesco Mobile. If I purchase the watch through here, is the watch useable if I just don't activate the eSIM or what would happen? thanks!
