I got a new phone and package with an eSIM. When trying to set it up I am told that my old iPhone’s sim does not support eSIM transfer and that I should contact O2. Can you advise me what I need to do. Thanks

Still no service, should have been live by now
Can't access my account to pay my bill as it it not my phone number to verify via sms
As above in a nutshell
When I upgraded my phone, my line was accidentally turned of by O2, since it's been switched back on I no longer have caller ID on incoming calls
I have selected an extra to redeem and the ‘continue’ button does not redirect me to the Disney+ site as stated.
Updated my tariff and now I have no signal. May be the SIM??
