I received my new phone and I’m unable to install my eSIM. There was no
QR code to activate and when I was transferring everything over from my
old phone no message appeared to activate it. I'm unable to use my phone

Step 1: I tried transferring the eSmi via the settings... the easy way
was never going to work. Call O2 my phone tells me. Next step: call
o2... They cut me off by ordering the eSim, the last thing I heard. "I
will guide you through how to do it"... ...
