Data not working

Hi, recently my data / 4g had been restricted because I hadnt paid the monthly bill but now its been paid and O2 have messaeged me saying the restrictions have been lifted but my data still doesnt work after waiting.

Hellothe screen on my zflip 4 has just turned completely black making the phone completely unusable.I need the phone for work so this is terribly inconvenient.
