Resolved! Poor mobile signal indoors - what can I do?

O2 says good quality signal should exist in my area both outside and indoors. I have very weak or non-existent signal in parts of my house. Any recommendations for how to address this problem? O2 does not appear to allow wifi calling on my device.

Resolved! New Phone (upgrade) and transfer to new sim
