Hi I made an order Friday evening for a iPad this went through and
they’ve taken my upfront payment on Monday the order was supposed to be
here yesterday however it hasn’t arrived and there’s no update and no
communication from O2 .i have phoned them...
Still haven’t received my device. Cant log into my o2 coz it hasn’t been
set up yet it can take up to 48hrs. Ordered my device around 19:30
Monday 19th should have been here Tuesday the 20th
On 31 July I switched from Pay & Go to Pay Monthly scheme and at the
same time ordered the transfer of my mobile number to eSIM. I was given
a temporary mobile number and was told that it would be changed to my
initial Pay & Go number within 24 hours...
