My data sim won't connect to the internet

I received my data sim and installed it in a Netgear 810s and it was very slow.I've just purchased a TPLink 600 and the sim won't connect to the internet.I have a 3 sim which works fine.

Resolved! Sim issues

Help transferring sim calls and messages. I have upgraded to a new handset, new sim is allowing data usage but does not allow me to make call or text. My old sim does this. How do I switch them?
