I have just swapped my samsung galaxy to an iphone I've changed the sim over but I can't download my apps such as whattsap and tui. Please help

Are you getting any error messages when trying?

If you are trying on mobile data it may be slower than wifi.

You may also need to try a reset of your network settings.
