It says on my 02 that I cant apply my BBC discount to my new phone contract because I havnt had a new contract since 2020. I got a new contract yesterday and I was told I could apply this on My 02. Can someone help?

You may have to wait a couple of days until the system catches up. If you can't apply it by then, you need to call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
