Hi,
At the time of start my new contract, I was told that I would be eligible to a multisave discount due to my husband being on o2. I have checked today and the discount doesn't seem to be showing on my account please help?
Also I was told I would be able to use my data in Europe and worldwide but it says 0% data left despite not leaving the UK.
Please advise.

You need to apply for your discount Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up
If you've used your data it's gone until the next month, no matter where you are.

Did yu apply for the discount, as it never has been automatic? and if you are over 28 days it cant be applied..
You can use your data in Europe, and it is based on your Myo2, and you can only use it in selected countries if you have a o2 Inclusive Bolt-On on your account, if not you will need to pay for it.
