I have a Moto g60s which up until recently O2 wifi calling was working on, following an update it no longer presents the option to enable.
I have used another phone to test the SIM (a Samsung A13) - O2 wifi calling does work on that either.
I've tired a SIM card from my work (a different network) and wifi calling works on both devices.
I've tired restarting the phone without the SIM and then inserting the SIM but it's not made a difference
unfortunately. I can see in my online account that Wifi calling is enabled.
Any further advice would be really appreciated.

Check with O2 that it's still enabled at their end too.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I made contact with support and they enabled WiFi calling on my account - all working now. Really confused as to how my online account was showing it as active but got there in the end. Thank you for the advice.
