Hi. I have recently been transferred from Virgin Media to O2. I now have an O2 sim in my One+ 8T Android phone but cannot connect to o2 on the London Underground.
Any suggestions, please? Four of your stores have so far been unable to solve this.

'You dont need to enter any text as it uses you sim card to authenticate..' - except that this is what is NOT happening on my phone.
