Hi. I have recently been transferred from Virgin Media to O2. I now have
an O2 sim in my One+ 8T Android phone but cannot connect to o2 on the
London Underground.Any suggestions, please? Four of your stores have so
far been unable to solve this.

card to authenticate..' - except that this is what is NOT happening on
my phone.
