Wifi calling not working

Wifi calling won't turn on on my Samsung s10 lite so Samsung said to contact 02

Have you turned it on in both the pull down configuration menu and the dialer.

If so you need to contact O2 by one of the methods at the bottom of this forum for O2 to switch it on their end

O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.

Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

And turn it on with the toggle on your device.
