I have two Google Pixel 6 phones on my O2 account, Wi-Fi calling is enabled on one but isn't on the second. My O2 has this instruction "First you'll need to add Wifi and 4G Calling to your account. To do this sign in to My O2, go to Device details and tap Wifi and 4G Calling. Once your new services are added to your account, follow the instructions below to enable Wifi and 4G Calling". The option to add Wi-Fi calling doesn't appear in my account for this phone (it offers the option to switch off Wi-Fi calls for the enabled phone). Advice appreciated on the process to switch on Wi-Fi calling via my O2 please. Thank you!

O2 need to enable it account side first.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I used your Facebook link and had a messenger chat with O2 support. They made the necessary changes to my account and now both phones have WiFi calling enabled. I was pretty impressed with the service tbh and very grateful for your help in signposting me to the solution. Thanks again
