Hello,
I haven't been able to get 4G since Saturday. I have been in a few different areas (Kent and London), I have checked the network status and there hasn't been any problems. I have restarted my phone and its made no different. I have unlimited data. I don't know what else to try.

I would suggest trying your sim card in another phone and seeing if you get the same.
Are you able to make phone calls or send texts?
It might also be worth resetting your networks settings as well

Check your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ to see if you have any data allowance left this month.

I have unlimited data, so that's not the issue
