My Wi-Fi is totally rubbish I can only use it in one room in my house and that is the room where the router is and nowhere else I really need to get this sorted can you help please

The fault is with your router or phone.

O2 have no control over your wifi.

If you are with Virgin then 0345 4541111  or 150 from a Virgin landline

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I was told when I moved to Virgin which is now 02 that I would be able to get Wi-Fi 100 m from my house I can't even get it one room away

Virgin always say that but you still need to talk to Virgin as they don't cross over @Rj123
