Why have I received a message on my i phone stating O2 has turned off4G calls on your account. I pay monthly by direct debit

Usually appears when O2 turn off 4G in an area to do mast maintenance.
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
